Good weather and the spectacle of Donkey Racing made for a fun afternoon for those of us that turned up with classics for the public to enjoy looking at, sadly many of the public have children with sticky fingers and no desire to prevent their offspring from touching or sitting in the vehicles on display, ho hum! Kind of why I always keep mine locked to be honest! Still lots of money was raised for the various charities that the Lions Club support.
And it was nice to turn up for an event and not have to clear away after!
My thanks to Stuart Butler for the invite, and we'll be back again next year for this event!
